The villa’s main living area is open-plan, featuring high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that welcome in breathtaking views. Here, you’ll find:

• An informal living area with plush seating for 10, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the stunning vistas.
• A formal TV area with comfortable seating for 6 and a large wooden 12-seater dining table.
• Both of these areas open onto a deck with a swimming pool and sun loungers.
• The raised open-plan kitchen overlooks the TV lounge and dining table.

Four Bedrooms, Four Views

The four bedrooms are located on the first floor, and each offers access to a terrace with incredible sea and mountain views. All bedrooms are en-suite, air-conditioned, and boast captivating vistas. Bedroom details include:

• Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and a free-standing bath with a view of Table Mountain. This room also has a TV with DStv, air conditioning, a safe box, and terrace access.
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and terrace access with sea and mountain views.
• Third Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and terrace access with sea and mountain views.
• Fourth Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and a free-standing bath with a view of Table Mountain. This room also has a TV with DStv, air conditioning, a safe box, and terrace access.

Fully Equipped Kitchen and More

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridges, microwave, and a Nespresso machine. There’s also a 4-seater breakfast bar for casual dining.

The living and dining area offers stunning views and features a 12-seater dining table, two lounge areas with plush couches, a TV with DStv, a Bluetooth soundbar/music system, air conditioning, and a wood-burning fireplace. This space opens to the swimming pool deck.

Outdoors, you’ll find a deck with a swimming pool (with a pool cover for added security), sun loungers, a terrace upstairs, a patio in front of the flatlet bedroom, a sitting area at the back of the house, a gas Weber barbecue, and outdoor lounge seating.

Your stay at The Views Villa includes daily servicing (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays), concierge service, all taxes, all linen and towels, Wi-Fi internet access, and DStv.

Please note that there are approximately 63 stairs to access the house. The villa is strictly non-smoking, and parties or gatherings are not allowed without prior consent from management.
